In the lead up to changes to electricity reforms, we worked with the Department to review and develop a communication plan, stakeholder engagement plan and key message framework to support the national transition to new electricity tariffs for households and consumers.

We worked with the Department of Social Services to develop communication and stakeholder engagement approaches for the transition to an outcomes-based commissioning approach. We based the communication approaches on behaviour change techniques, using tools such as social proof (influencers), prompts and incentives to engage DSS staff early in the process.
